I've been taking photos for as long as I can remember. Sometimes they suck, sometimes I get lucky. So I have all these photos that I've been storing up that haven't really been serving any purpose. Some of them I really love and I felt like it was a waste. So, I decided to open another Etsy shop. Just photography on this one. I'm hoping that someone else will love them too, and will want a nice big print on their wall to make them happy every time that they look at it.

Here are a couple of sneak peeks.

Succulents and Etsy Items

My love for succulents is growing, if that's possible. I already adored them. I think it started about 6 or 7 years ago when my mom planted a succulent container garden at her house and we poured over books with gorgeous photos of brilliantly colored succulents. One of those books was "Designing With Succulents" by Debra Lee Baldwin.
I highly recommend it if you are at all interested in succulents, or even just beautiful photography. Available here on Amazon. That love grew when I visited Phoenix during springtime. Along with the blooming cacti, there were a variety of gorgeous succulents.
And I've been just loving all the succulent wedding bouquets I've seen lately and succulent wedding stationery. All of this, inspired me to create my own succulent stationery. I drew a combination of succulents onto a rubber stamp block and then carved out the image. I used two or three different colors of inks to ink the stamp and ended up with these:
I'm very happy with them :). The yucca plant was a stamp I had made earlier and decided to have some fun with again. So these are up on Etsy here. And I also made a few new bridal hair flowers.
Feels good to get a few more things up on Etsy. :) Hopefully more to come!

Treasuries: Etsy Love

So every now and then I reward myself with wasting a ton of time creating Etsy treasuries. Anyone else do this? Its kind of like being able to curate your own themed museum/art show of handmade and vintage items. A lot like Pinterest, but maybe a little less utilitarian. Anyway, I just created a new red, white, and blue treasury for the 4th that I thought I'd share: just click here. And if anyone is interested in looking at my other treasuries, you can click here.

Would love to look at your treasuries too, so if you have created some please comment and link to them!

One more confession, I keep taking the Etsy taste test over and over again just for fun...

Etsy

Just FYI, we are slowly (yes, very slowly) getting our Etsy shop built up. We welcome custom orders too. So if you see something you like, but need it to be a little different, just ask and we will see what we can do. We specialize in papercrafting, and fabric flowers with a vintage flair. This is a photo of one of our recent listings :)
