August classes will resume as usual at the end of the month.
Our DIY this month is sweet handmade seed packets. Perfect packaging for a small spring gift, to collect your own seeds in, or to give your collected seeds away in.
Use these vellum envelopes we sell in the shop or make your own by taking apart an old seed packet and using it for a pattern to cut the envelope from wax or parchment paper. Then cut out collage items from old books, calendars, magazines, scrapbook paper, and scraps of fabric. Arrange them on the front of your envelope and glue them on. For added dimension, before you glue and fold your envelope together, stitch along the edges of your collage with a sewing machine.
We hope you have a wonderful month filled with all the beauty that May and spring bring! :-)
